We are happy to share that Stoeva, Tchompalov & Znepolski acted as sellers’ advisors in a recent transaction on the Bulgarian insurance market. Our team advised the shareholders of SDI Group AD for the sale of the company to Unilink Bulgaria EOOD, part of the Acrisure group of companies. The buyer acquired 100% interest in SDI Group AD, the largest insurance broker in Bulgaria with a long-standing leading position in the non-life insurance market.
Partners Iordan Tchompalov and Irina Stoeva were involved in all deal stages, which lasted more than two years, including but not limited to the preparation stage for the exit from the business, the negotiations process, and the drafting of the legal documentation.
