Miroslava Iordanova joined Stoeva Tchompalov & Znepolski in 2018 having previously worked as an associate at Stoeva, Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov law firm for more than 3 years. For Miroslava, that firm has played a significant role in her exposure to and experience with a wide range of corporate, commercial, employment, data protection, and regulatory advisory work, as well as a variety of court and out-of-court disputes at an early stage in her career.
Miroslava has a special interest in corporate, commercial, administrative, and regulatory matters, as well as in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In 2013 she became an accredited mediator with the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice. Now Miroslava is expanding her advisory practice to cover capital markets and finance.
Miroslava is hard-working, diligent, and highly efficient, and believes that in order to advise a client effectively, you first need to understand the client’s business and their values (not just legal issues). Her key strengths include the ability to produce a user-friendly legal product and to tailor her advice to the individual circumstances of his clients. Miroslava holds an LL.M from the University of Sofia, Faculty of Law (2013).
She is admitted to Sofia Bar and to practice in Bulgaria.
In addition to mother-tongue Bulgarian, Miroslava speaks English and has a general understanding of German.
