A small representative portion of Tihomir’s work comprise advising:

•  on EUR 7 million loan extended by international bank to a Bulgarian corporate, in particular drafting the whole documentation and security establishment; 
• an international pharmaceutical company regarding public procurement for delivery of vaccines, employment law and regulatory;
• a Bulgarian crowdfunding provider regarding its agreements, policies and procedures and compliance with laws and regulations;
• a dozen of local companies on personal data and cookies, including drafting various GDPR compliant policies, notices and other documents;
• and representation of insured persons before insurers and in court in relation to payment of insurance indemnities related to various types of policies.
