Vania Todorova is an of counsel to Stoeva Tchompalov & Znepolski since March 2018, in addition to her independent legal practice.
Vania has been practicing as an attorney since 2009 at Stoeva, Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov law firm in the areas of corporate and commercial, finance, health care, data protection, and administrative. She has extensive trial and dispute resolution experience, gained from working on matters involving complex and sensitive individual client, public procurement, competition, corporate and contract disputes.
Vania’s varied and unique experience has provided her with a distinct skill set which allows her to provide local and international clients with strategic and creative advice enabling them to achieve the best possible resolution. Vania has a keen interest in cross-border law matters and is fully committed to earn a PhD in private international law.
Vania an LL.M from University of Sofia, Faculty of Law (2008).
She is admitted to Sofia Bar and to practice in Bulgaria.
In addition to mother-tongue Bulgarian, Vania speaks English and Spanish.
